Privacy Policy

Last updated May 28, 2026

This policy explains what information TheCarGo collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We build software for brokers — your data, and your customers’ data, is something we take seriously.

1. Overview

TheCarGo provides a platform for auto transport brokers. This policy covers information handled through our websites and software. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile details you provide (name, email, company, phone). Operational data you enter to run your brokerage — leads, quotes, orders, customers, carriers, and documents. Usage and device information collected automatically when you use the Service. Payment details, which are handled by our payment processors rather than stored by us directly.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to process payments; to provide support; to send service and security notices; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

4. How we share information

With service providers who help us operate the Service under confidentiality obligations; with third-party integrations you choose to connect; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not share your customer lists for others’ marketing.

5. Load board & payment integrations

When you connect Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, or a payment processor, data is exchanged with those services to perform the actions you request. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a limited period to meet legal, accounting, or security needs. You can request export or deletion subject to those obligations.

7. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and per-user permissions and logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit who can view or export it.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may need to verify your identity first.

9. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage so we can improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. International users

If you access the Service from outside the country where it is operated, you understand your information may be processed there. We take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.

13. Contact
